Staples

Last week Rhett fell off his chair and hit his head on the wall heater. The Doc suggested staples as the fastest easiest way to bring the gash together. The staples took less then 5 sec to get in and ol Rhett took it like a champ. I figured we have three kids under 3 and this is our first time to the emergency room, so statistically we are doing pretty good. I told the kids that we have a new rule in our house, we will only go to the emergency room once a week from here on out. So if you are going to get hurt at this house, you better make sure you do it early on in the week, otherwise you just have to suck it up.

3 Months

On the 14th Georgi turned 3 months. I really didn't think we would make it this far with three kids. I figured the house would have burned down, sold one of the kids to the circus or just would have lost one. Sooooo, I guess we will just keep taking it one day at a time.

Bumbo

Yeah, she is a big happy girl. First time chillin in her own seat. Next thing you know, she will be
chillin in her own car!

Ready for work

"Hey dad, I'm packing heat!"

Ice to Sand

For all my hockey fans out there, our little piece of heaven we called the "RINK", went from this........

to this. Just a basic sand box. I took down the boards, filled up the truck with sand at the local concrete dealer (cost me $7). I really miss the rink, but the kids are really happy with the sand box.

Picnic in the truck

Sometimes when we are out and about, we lose track of time and lunch sneaks up on me. As we all know it has been cold windy spring. This is how we roll with lunch on those windy cold days. There is no way or no how I am bringing three kids into subway with me and I will not let Bauer and Rhett eat subway in the truck.......so I open up the tail gate and let them eat in the back of the truck protected from the wind. They think it is great and so does dad. (Side note, don't worry Georgi is sleeping in the truck.)

Rhett's 2nd B-day Party

Not much to be said, it was a great day. The day started off at the pool and finished at our house with food and chaos. I think the highlight for Rhett was when his Paul Bunyan cake came out and we were all singing "Happy Birthday". He liked it so much we did it twice!

Potty training

Now that our hockey season has come to a close around our house, Rhett needs something else to keep him busy. He loves to sit on his potty chair and read, which is great, however when he gets up we have nothing in the chair. So, needless to say we have much work to do. I need to let him know that when we are on the pot it is all about business and not just story time.

More Pink

Yes, Rhett is one of the best hockey players in the Sebeka and yes, he likes to wear his sister's headbands. Who am I to tell him what he can and can't wear and he is happy!
